All matters relating to the Website and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in California, and you waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

No waiver by CalSync Tech of any term of these Terms is a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term, and any failure to assert a right or provision does not constitute a waiver. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and CalSync Tech regarding the Website and supersede all prior understandings and agreements regarding the Website.
